Another new quiche combo :-)

I’m excited to try my new quiche combo tomorrow –  an organic crust + the basic recipe with onion, asparagus, and sliced potatoes on top.  I used a smoked swiss cheese + some parmesan, which I’m hoping will punch up the cheese flavor!


The potatoes on top – which were added raw- were perfectly cooked!
